Jowjin now takes all reseller orders online. We are endeavour providing a pleasure online shopping experience for you. You can browse by product category, product range, price range or search product by keywords. You can view product details with full product description, ingredient and How to Use. You can provide this website to your client for product details.
You need to login to see product price and shop online. Once you would like to purchase a specific product, you enter the quantity and add the product to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You will then be taken to the shopping cart screen where you can enter any promotion codes or discounts, continue shopping or click on "Proceed to Checkout". During the Check Out process, you will need to enter your shipping address, credit card information (via a secured payment process) and confirm your order. You will receive your order within 2 - 4 business days in most cases.
If you don't have a reseller account with you, please fill the trade enquiry form online. We'll review and set up one account for you as soon as possible.
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Hopefully we will accept Paypal payment in near future.
This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to "Jowjin Pty Ltd".
All prices on this website are processed in Australian Dollars and GST inclusive.

Product Availability
We try our best to ensure all products listed on website are always in stock. In some circumstance where a product is not stock available, we will contact you within 1 - 2 business days and discuss how you would like the order handled.
Order Confirmations
Immediately after you placed order online, the system will send you email to confirm your online order. After you login to your account, you can see your order status.
Cancel or Change an Order
You cannot change your order after place it online. If you want to change any item in your order, you need to cancel the whole order and re-place a new order online. If you want to cancel an order after you process the order online, you need to send email to accounts@erbasia.com.au as soon as possible. If the order is not yet processed to warehouse, our admin staff will help to cancel order and send your confirmation. Once the order has been processed through to warehouse for shipping, we won't be able to cancel your order. Please wait for our staff's cancellation confirmation, otherwise your order won't be cancelled.
