Return Policy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure our products are dispatched in perfect condition, Erbasia.com.au cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit, however we do value our loyal customers and we will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If damaged goods are received, please contact us and return with labels and packing, to erbasia.com.au within 2 days. 


How to Return A Product 
  • If you want to return a product to erbasia.com.au, please send email to accounts@erbasia.com.au with your product name, invoice number and purchase date. 
  • Please wait for our staff to send you the Return Authorization Number. 
  • Please send the product with the Return Authorization Number to our address as below.

  • The postage will not be refunded.
  • erbasia.com.au will not be responsible for damage after delivery. 
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at accounts@keerati.com.au within 2 days after delivery. 
  • erbasia.com.au will send email to confirm once the return is processed. 


Cancel or Change an Order
You cannot change your order after place it online. If you want to change any item in your order, you need to cancel the whole order and re-place a new order online. If you want to cancel an order after you process the order online, you need to send email to accounts@erbasia.com.au as soon as possible. If the order is not yet processed to warehouse, our admin staff will help to cancel order and send your confirmation. Once the order has been processed through to warehouse for shipping, we won't be able to cancel your order. Please wait for our staff's cancellation confirmation, otherwise your order won't be cancelled.
