Shipping Policy
Shipping within Australia will be made via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Shipping rate for order under 10kg is $15. For order over 10kg, shipping cost will vary accordingly. We will contact you for the final freight.
Shipping Time
For most of shipping within Australia will arrive within 2 - 4 business days. For some remote areas, it might take longer to deliver (up to ten days).
The following orders may result in delayed on shipping:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Shipping address does not match billing address
- Payment Delay or issue
- Courier company failure to deliver in some rare circumstances
Tracking Your Order Shipment
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can login to your account and trace your shipping status.
Shipping Address
We can't deliver to mailbox such as PO box. We would prefer the business address. If it is residential address, please make sure it is reachable for Courier Company. It is up to driver, if he/she requires a signature. If you are not available to sign, please have your colleague or neighbours to sign for you. Jowjin bears no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
