Buying on line has never been easier. Erbasia.com.au uses the latest services of SecurPay, to ensure your personal information and credit card details cannot be read or tampered with by others, and our friendly shopping cart system makes shopping a breeze, however, Erbasia.com.au cannot accept responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.

Erbasia.com.au reserves the right to refuse transactions without notice if we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used fraudulently; in an unauthorized manner; or is subject to any notice to “Stop” by the issuing financial institution.

Payment

Erbasia.com.au accepts payment via Visa and Mastercard only, and no goods will be dispatched until full payment is received and cleared.

All Pricing on Erbasia.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured.

Delivery

Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Shipping rates will vary depending on the value (weight) of your order.

Together with our carriers, we endeavour to deliver within five working days, however please allow up to 14 days for rural and international deliveries.

We appreciate that our customers quickly come to rely on Erb products for the maintenance of their sense of wellbeing and can therefore occasionally require express delivery; this can be arranged, however, additional charges may be necessary.
Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods.

Out of stock items

Erbasia.com.au use modern and efficient stock control systems to ensure minimal delay between harvesting our ingredients and delivery to you, however this can mean that some products can occasionally run out of stock. Whereas we make every effort to ensure this does not happen, if it should, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (Mon to Fri) and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. Products placed on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received from our farms and producers.

Returns

Whilst every effort is made to ensure our products are dispatched in perfect condition, Erbasia.com.au cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit, however we do value our loyal customers and we will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If damaged goods are received, please contact us and return, with labels and packaging, to Erbasia.com.au within 7 days.

Privacy Policy

Erbasia.com.au are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and personal information by following responsible information handling practices in keeping with privacy laws. To that extent, we do not retain personal data such as credit card details.

Anonymous Access

You can access our website home page and browse our site without disclosing any personal information. We do not share any names or email addresses disclosed during communication with Erbasia.com.au to any third parties. We do not share, sell, rent, exchange, or give any contact information to anyone.

Although Erb is well established in other parts of the world, we understand that we are new to Australia and New Zealand and we welcome any feedback you might care to give. Should you send an email or other communication to our offices, we may retain these communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We will not share any information contained in these communications with any other companies.
